TRF’26 Asia Pacific will take place from Tuesday, 25 August to Wednesday, 26 August 2026.
Registration is open exclusively to Temenos customers, prospective customers, partners, sponsors, exhibitors, and other individuals invited or approved by Temenos.

Yes. You must collect and wear your name badge at all times for security purposes. You can collect your badge from the delegate registration desk in JW Marriott Hanoi.Your badge is required for entry to all sessions, meals, and social events (including the Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner). For safety, security staff will approach anyone without proper identification.
Yes. Please visit the Accommodation section of our website to view recommended local hotels with specialized forum rates.
No. The sponsored pass covers entry to the event program, but delegates are responsible for booking and paying for their own hotel accommodation.
You must modify or cancel your lodging reservation directly with the hotel where you booked, adhering to their booking terms and conditions.
Cancellation charges are determined by the hotel's policies. Please review the 'Hotel Terms and Conditions' in your hotel booking confirmation.
Accommodation is subject to availability. If a recommended hotel is full, we recommend contacting the hotel directly or selecting another hotel from our list. If all suggested hotels are sold out, delegates must source alternative accommodation in Hanoi.
Pass fees for approved executives and invitees are fully complimentary and sponsored by Temenos and our partners.

The Hive exhibition hall will be open from 25 August, Tuesday 9:00am to 26 August, Wednesday 1:00pm.
No. Delegates must arrange their own transport from Noi Bai International Airport (HAN) to their hotel or the venue. Licensed airport taxis and ride-hailing services (e.g., Grab) are widely available.
Shuttle services are not provided by the conference. The JW Marriott Hotel Hanoi is easily reached via taxi or public transport. For directions, see the Destination and Travel page.
The Gala Dinner and Temenos Forward Awards will take place on Tuesday, 25 August 2026 from 18:30 to 20:30 in the Grand Ballroom of the JW Marriott Hotel Hanoi.
No. Due to venue capacity restrictions, evening events are strictly reserved for registered delegates wearing their official TRF'26 name badge. Guest entries are not permitted.
